Terms And Conditions

Basics:

  1. All sales are subjected to the conditions listed in the items below. You have to be at least 18 years old to order.
  2. All prices are including the VAT (10, 13 or 20 %), but excluding possible shipping costs.
  3. You have to be at least 18 years old to order.
  4. All prices and infos are subject to Changes or Falsities.
  5. Misunderstandings, confusions and mistakes should not happen, but can happen – we will ALWAYS try to clarify all issues together with you in the best possible way.
  6. Keep in mind the legislation in your country. All products may only be used in abidance by the respective laws. In agreeing to our terms and conditions you confirm to agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bushplanet in case of violation of the law on your behalf. We strictly do not accept any liability resulting from usage of our products in conflict with the law!
  7. The respective laws in their relevant version are applicable.

Ordering and Cancelling a Purchase, Costs

  1. Ordering items with our online-service takes place via easy transactions. Of course you are also always welcome in our shops in Vienna, Brunn am Gebirge und Vösendorf.
  2. Your order in our online-shop is binding. But you can cancel your purchase within 14 days after the receipt of the delivery without stating reasons if you are a consumer in legal sense of the word (i.e. in contrast to retailer). All you have to do is to inform us first, then send back the UNUSED and UNDAMAGED product within 2 weeks after the purchase. (date of post-mark is sufficient).
  3. Seeds and other living products are excluded from the right to cancel if the wrapping or the sealing has been damaged.
  4. The total costs consist of the sum of the price of the products ordered and the mailing expenses. They are displayed clearly in your cart.
  5. As a matter of course prices are subject to alteration – we explicitly reserve our right to change prices. Another matter of course is that these alterations will NEVER affect you in the process of an order and its payment – you will always pay exactly the costs for which you have ordered the products. We also reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons. If this affects you, we will certainly inform you via e-mail.
  6. In the case of incurring custom fees (or similar fees) in the course of the shipping to your address, the charges are for your account.

Payment:

  1. You can either pay via cash in advance/ cash remittance to our account and for our customers in Austria and Germany we offer “COD / Cash on delivery”
  2. All goods remain our property until we have received full payment.

Shipping:

  1. Your mailing expenses are clearly displayed when ordering.
  2. Goods are normally dispatched on the next working day, therefore the shipping should not take longer than one to three working days. But unfortunately we cannot guarantee this for we never know which mood the guys of the parcel service are in. Usually we dispatch per Austrian mail or GLS.
  3. Your delivery will be packed in a neutral, shatter-proof cardboard box. You never know what sort of experiences a parcel has to go through until it is delivered.
  4. After receipt of the goods the customer is liable to check the parcels on any damages. Should the parcel have any disadvantages, please do not collect it. We are not liable for any damages caused by transport companies!

  1. All prices are given in Euro, including VAT. The logos and brandnames of the companies and their product names are trademarks, respectively registered trademarks of the respective companies.
  2. All product descriptions and photos come directly from the companies, their whosesale trade or Bushplanet – unless otherwise noted! Irrespective of the origin of the picture it MUST NOT be saved without our written consent.
  3. Due to relevant regulations we DISTINCTIVELY distance ourselves from the contents of the links which can be found on our website. We do not adopt their content as our own – we just link them to our website.
  4. All products may only be used in abidance by the respective regulations.
